Volunteer

Human Traction has its headquarters in the village where the children live.

From January 2012 we rented a house which has 4 bedrooms, a dining kitchen, a small bathroom, two large terraces. Upon our arrival it was completely bare and without water connection. With few resources and much effort we 've made it livable by setting up the kitchen and providing each bedroom with a mattress on the floor and some shelves.

Earthquake April 25, 2015

Apperently our home has been not seriously damaged. As a precaution, our partner now sleeps at the hostel.

Unfortunately, the landlord has lost his home and most likely now he will reclaim his house.

Being of help in these moments of greatest crisis is really hard.We know we can be somewhat useful, based on knowledge of the territory and social ties grown and strengthened over the years.

Currently we do not accept applications from volunteers for various reasons of logistics and security. We would not be able to accommodate you and to instruct you we should subtract valuable time to the many small and big urgencies of tthis dramatic moment. In our small way we will continue to work with the unwavering hope that Little Big Nepal will bounce back to give the world a country to love.
